To ensure uniformity in the use of all bingo hall coupons provided to our players, we have adopted the following rules that must be followed. If a player chooses not to abide by these rules, USABingoPlayers.com reserves the right to ban that player from participating in the Free Coupon program.

1. Each coupon is personalized with the player’s name, and cannot be used by any other player.

2. A coupon is valid for only the stated prize on the coupon and cannot be used for ANY other prize.

3. A coupon has a valid expiration date and cannot be used for any other date other than the date listed on the coupon. All coupons with an expired date are not valid.

4. A coupon may be redeemed ONLY at the bingo hall listed on the top of the coupon and cannot be redeemed at any other bingo hall.

5. A coupon for a buy-in package cannot be used in conjunction with any other buy-in package coupon. (Only ONE coupon for a buy-in package may be used at one time)

6. No cash payment is to be made by the hall operator to the player for the value of the coupon. Also, if a coupon has a higher stated value for a buy-in package than charged by the hall, the player is only eligible to receive the buy in package. No cash payment will be made to the player for the difference between the coupon value and the cost of the buy-in package.

7. Each coupon is valid for only one session. If a coupon states that it is valid for the entire month, it means that the coupon is valid for only one session at that particular bingo hall during the stated month.

8. USABingoPlayers.com has up to 30 days to provide via email a bingo coupon to a player based on requested point redemptions or an on-line bingo win.

9. USABingoPlayers.com is not responsible for lost coupons, or coupons that fail to print for the player regardless of the reason.

10. USABingoPlayers.com will only email coupons to players, and will not be expected to send a coupon to a player by any other means.

11. The bingo hall operator’s ruling on the use of a particular coupon is FINAL.

12. All players that have issues with the coupon program are to remind themselves that this entire program is FREE to them.
