By registering with USABingoPlayers.com, you accept, without limitation or qualification, the following Terms and Conditions of Acceptable Use.

Minimum Age:

Registration Policy:
Player’s using false or misleading information during registration will have their accounts closed and all winnings will be forfeited.

USABingoPlayers.com does not accept liability for any breach by the player of the applicable laws of the player’s State or country of residence.  We reserve the right at our sole discretion to declare any winnings as void if a player is identified as playing illegally.

Player Responsibility/ Limitation of Liability:
It is a player’s responsibility to keep their User Name and Passwords secure at all times, ensuring the prevention of any unauthorized use of the same and therefore, accepts liability for any damages which may be caused by the misuse of the Player account.  In the case of any disputes, management’s decision will be final.

It is also the player’s responsibility to ensure that all of their contact information is current in the USABingoPlayers.com database.

Disputes:
In case of system malfunction, USABingPlayers.com will not be obligated to award points to players who take advantage of these occurrences and an alternative reward may be determined on a case by case basis.  In the event that there is a discrepancy between the game data as recorded in USABingoPlayers.com database and that recorded by the player, the data recorded in our server will be considered final and valid.

Fraud:
If it is discovered that any player willfully tries to defraud USABingoPlayers.com by using software applications that gives the player an unfair advantage over other players, or players manipulate the system to gain an unfair advantage to increase their point total will be banned from the Web Site forever, and will lose all points that they have accumulated.

Chat Rules & Chat Etiquette:
Chatting during on line bingo or any other game adds a social dimension to the games, and increases the enjoyment of our players.  To ensure civil discourse and increase our players’ enjoyment, we ask that everyone following these basic rules:
